End-User License Agreement

This EULA governs your acquisition and use of the Heathcare Daily software ("Software") directly from Heathcare Daily Technology or indirectly through an authorized distributor.

Please read this agreement carefully before installing and using the Heathcare Daily software. It provides a license to use the Software and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers.

By clicking "accept" or installing and/or using the Heathcare Daily software, you confirm acceptance of the Software and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

01 Licensing

Heathcare Daily Technology grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Heathcare Daily software on your Android, iOS, Web or Desktop device in accordance with the terms of this EULA.

You are permitted to load the Heathcare Daily software onto a device under your control. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements of the software.

You are not permitted to:

• Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate or otherwise change the whole or any part of the Software; disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer the Software.
• Copy, distribute, resell, or use the Software for any commercial purpose without explicit written consent.
• Allow any third party to use the Software on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party.
• Use the Software in any way which breaches any applicable local, national or international law.
• Use the Software for any purpose that Heathcare Daily Technology considers a breach of this EULA.

02 Intellectual Property

Heathcare Daily Technology shall at all times retain ownership of the Software as originally downloaded by you and all subsequent downloads of the Software by you. The Software (and the copyright, and other intellectual property rights of whatever nature in the Software, including any modifications made thereto) are and shall remain the property of Heathcare Daily Technology.

03 Termination

This EULA is effective from the date you first use the Software and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate it at any time upon written notice to Heathcare Daily Technology.

It will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon such termination, the licenses granted by this EULA will immediately terminate and you agree to stop all access and use of the Software.

04 Governing Law

This EULA, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.

05 Google Play & App Store Terms

You also acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of service of the platform from which you downloaded the Software:

06 Changes to this EULA

Heathcare Daily Technology reserves the right to update or modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
